Fillings, Crowns, Implants and Root Canals
These depend on what your exam finds, so we don’t publish a flat price for them, and neither should anyone who hasn’t looked at your X-rays yet. What we can promise: your membership discount (30%) applies to your treatment plan total, worked out with you after your exam.

Skip the insurance runaround entirely. Your cleanings and exams are already covered, and everything else costs less the moment you need it.
Example: an extra cleaning beyond your two included visits is $75 as a member vs. $158 without membership, a savings of $83 on a single visit.
Perio Plan
Already Treated for Gum Disease? Stay Ahead of It.
Maintenance cleanings are the best way to keep it from coming back, and they’re the core of this plan, not an add-on.
Example: 3–4 maintenance cleanings a year are included, and if a site ever needs Arestin again, it’s $50 per site, billed separately at your member rate.
Child Plan
Kids Are Expensive. Dental Care Shouldn’t Be a Surprise Bill.
Cleanings, exams and fluoride are already covered, and every additional family member you enroll gets 10% off their dues.

No. It’s a membership plan offered directly by Norwalk Dental Group. It isn’t billed to insurance and it isn’t regulated like an insurance plan. You pay us directly for included visits and a standing discount.
The membership discount can’t be combined with dental insurance or any other offer on the same charge. If you have insurance, we’ll help you figure out which option makes more sense for a given treatment.
Your included cleanings, exams and X-rays are available as soon as you join. The discount on larger treatment (fillings, crowns, implants, root canals and clear aligners) begins after 30 days of continuous membership.
Send us a request with the form on this page. Our team contacts you, answers your questions and does a short screening to confirm the right plan. Then we set up your payment together, through a payment plan or another option. Online enrollment isn’t available yet.
You can cancel anytime. Your membership stays active through the period you’ve already paid for, and dues simply stop after that. We don’t refund time already paid for, and we don’t bill you back for services you already used.
