How it works
Share Your Insurance Info
Give us your plan details when you join our patient list or book your first visit.
We Verify Your Benefits
Our team checks your coverage and confirms you're eligible before your first appointment, so there's nothing to figure out once you're in the chair.
We Explain Your Costs
You'll get a clear estimate of what's covered and what you owe before any work begins. No surprises. Actual costs can vary slightly based on your insurer's final review.
We Handle the Billing
We file claims directly with your insurer so you don't have to navigate the paperwork.
What being in-network means for you
Being in-network means we have a contracted agreement with your insurer, with pre-negotiated rates for covered services. Lower costs, simpler billing (we bill your insurer directly), and more predictable coverage than out-of-network care.
Most plans cover care in tiers. Preventive care like cleanings and exams is typically covered the most, with basic procedures like fillings covered less, and major procedures like crowns, bridges, or implants covered least. Exactly how much depends on your specific plan. We'll walk through the details before any treatment begins.

Insurance & payment, answered
It means we have a contracted agreement with your insurance company, with pre-negotiated rates for covered services, which generally keeps your out-of-pocket costs lower and more predictable than out-of-network care.
No. Coverage levels, deductibles, and annual maximums still depend on your specific plan. Being in-network affects the rate, not automatically the percentage covered. We'll walk through your specific plan's details before treatment.
You likely still have coverage. Many PPO plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network care. We'll help you understand what your specific plan reimburses and file the claim on your behalf.
Just your insurance card and a photo ID. We'll handle verifying your specific benefits before your visit.
Yes. This can happen, even with pre-treatment estimates, due to things like missing documentation, frequency limits, or your plan's own review process. If a claim is denied, we'll help you understand why and work with you on next steps, including appealing the decision when appropriate.
